Are you ready for a new, stress free fundraiser  for your program with no selling or buying anything? Our mission is to help raise funds for your program while reducing the amount of electronic waste in local landfills!

Have you been looking for an easy way to raise some extra funds for a party, a trip or supplies for your program? This is a simple program where you can raise funds for your program by collecting old, unused electronics from your current clients and participants, no stressful selling!  Simply place out a collection bin, send home the letter we send you and let the donations roll in! Look below for a full list of accepted items. When you sign up you will be supplied with a letter to send home to parents explaining the exciting new fundraiser. Many groups do a 2 week collection period but we know every situation is unique so that can be changed.  After the first 2 week collection you are welcome to leave a collection bin out all the time and can send it in whenever it fills up for some extra funding when you need it! Your job as the coordinator is to pass along the notice and put a collection box out for the donations. Once the collection period is over you can schedule a pick up if you're in the New Haven / Naugatuck area or mail them in simply by bringing the box to the local UPS store, they will pack and ship it at no cost to you. Once they are received  your payment will be sent out.

How Do I Collect Items

​We have made this very easy, simply inform parents of the new exciting project, either in person with the provided letter or by email. Put out a collection box in a common area in your  building with a sign we provide and let the donations come in!

What Items Are Acceptable?

We are currently accepting most small handheld electronics, the items that get repalced and thrown in a drawer. These include Remote Controls, Video Games, Cameras, Phones and more.

How Do I Get Paid?

Items can be brought to any UPS Store to be shipped and a check will be mailed to you.

For the New Haven area,  schedule a pick up and a check will be made out upon pick up.

How It Works

  • Sign up, send home the letters to parents, put out a collection bins for 2 weeks. 

  • You collect unwanted electronics like Cameras, TV Remotes, Phones and more from participants.

  • Schedule a pick up for New Haven area  or bring the donations to a local UPS store and they will do the rest.

  • You will be paid for the amount of items you have collected at time of pick up or sent a check upon delivery if you are sending it in.  â€‹â€‹

Who Can Participate?   

    We are happy to work with and support any and all youth groups! Some of our previous  partners have been groups such as home daycares, after school programs, sports and dance classes, scouts and more.                                                                                                                     How Much Will We Earn?

   Participants receive $5 for every pound of acceptable material. For a full list of accepted items check the Accepted Items page found at the top of the screen. Batteries, power cords and cases will be removed prior to weighing.

How long does the program run for?

   Generally a collection period lasts 2 weeks. 

We understand of course that each program is unique so we will work with you to come up with the best fit for your needs.
